Nice. Did the plain-HTML path land too?

Yep. Plain HTML gets theme.css + vanilla.css + vanilla.js. Hydrating is one call:

First day here — where do the design tokens live?

docs/tokens.md in the repo. Short version: every colour, size and space is a --ss-* custom property.

Also: zero border-radius. Don't fight it.
